Patrick and Catherine Burke, along with their two children made the move to the Wombat Beach Resort in December 2006.
With 18 years experience in hostpitality, together they strive to create a holiday destination that caters to all and whilst raising a young family themselves they are understanding of how hard it can be to travel with little ones. Offering family friendly service is imperitive.
Andre Richer-Pearce, Seasprays resident chef trained at Lochiel House in Kurrajong Heights and Sloanes in Paddington.His cuisine encompasses French, Italian, Indian and Asian influences, he also has experience in Australian cookery but no, Wombat is not on the menu!
Andre recently returned from a culinary tour in Hong Kong and attended cantonese cooking school.
Andre is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients and his preparation and presentation is first class.
